Greg White
Chief Executive Officer
Greg White founded and leads Blue Ridge, applying his 22 years of experience with both solutions providers and on the client side. Under Greg’s leadership, Blue Ridge helps retailers, distributors and manufacturing companies leverage the Blue Ridge Solution(s) to achieve true inventory alignment.

Prior to Blue Ridge, Greg served in leadership roles at prominent supply-chain solution organizations, including Servigistics, a leading service parts planning solutions provider, and E3 Corporation (now JDA Software), a leading forecasting and replenishment solutions provider. He has successfully transformed supply chains at more than 100 companies, including Fortune 500 companies Henry Schein, Best Buy, Dell Computer, Staples, Newell Rubbermaid, Graybar Electric, and International Paper. Greg’s experience also includes tenure at CSK Auto, the nation’s second-largest automotive retailer, and Kmart.

A frequent speaker at national and international conferences and institutes of higher learning, Greg’s commitment to bring advanced inventory solutions to companies of every size has compelled him to develop several solutions meant to improve inventory management and to close the gap between merchandising and inventory teams. Under Greg’s leadership, Blue Ridge helps retail, distribution and manufacturing companies leverage Blue Ridge solutions to achieve the most precise and profitable supply chain.


Rodney Daugherty
Vice President | Product Strategy
Rodney Daugherty is the Vice President of Product Strategy for Blue Ridge Inventory, where he oversees product direction. For the last 21 years, Rod has been a consultant, designer, and product executive for multiple supply chain software companies including E3, JDA, Evant, Manhattan Associates, and Blue Ridge.

Prior to his career in supply chain planning software, Rod held various positions at a 1000 store drug store retail chain (Thrifty-PayLess, now part of Rite-Aid) for 13 years. Rod first served in store operations and later in merchandising in the corporate offices. Rod’s years of first-hand experience in retail and distribution wholesale forecasting and inventory optimization provide valuable insight into guiding industry executives in effective and profitable supply chain planning. Rod specializes in finished goods inventory optimization and demand forecasting for distribution wholesale and retail.

He has coached and trained at every level of an organization from senior management to inventory analysts and replenishment buyers. He received his B.A. from Boise State University and is a Certified Professional Forecaster by the Institute of Business Forecasting.


John Moffitt
Vice President | Services
John serves as Vice President of Services for Blue Ridge, where he is responsible for all Blue Ridge service offerings, as well as presales and consulting efforts.

Before Blue Ridge, John accumulated industry experience at several large retail organizations, including Thalhimer Brothers, a Richmond, Virginia based regional department store, now a part of Macy’s, and Best Products, a three billion dollar catalog showroom operator. Later, John went on to spend 7 years with Family Dollar Stores as Vice President of Allocation and Replenishment.

John has also played influential roles at multiple supply chain software and consulting companies, including IBM Corporation’s Inforem group, establishing its inventory management consulting group; Predictix helping to build their retail replenishment solution; and RGIS LLC to build the industry leading macro space planning and optimization solution, Smartspace.

John has a Bachelor of Science degree in Quantitative Analytics and an MBA from University of Richmond.

Stanley King
Senior Vice President | Sales & Marketing
Skip King brings over three decades of international B2B software sales, sales and marketing optimization and M&A experience to Blue Ridge, where he serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. King’s skill in driving sales to Fortune 500 and 1000 companies for supply chain optimization and retail merchandizing gives him an in-depth understanding of the inventory and technology challenges merchandisers face in aligning inventory levels with demand fulfillment. King has managed all aspects of fast-paced organizations while advising executives of Global 100 companies in growth strategy and organizational change initiatives. King is often asked at industry conferences to share his insight on how companies can drive revenue and margins in tough economic times while meeting the needs of the customer.

King joined Blue Ridge in 2015 from Symphony EYC, Inc., a supplier of retail merchandising and customer analytics solutions, where he served as Vice President of Sales, Customer Centric Solutions-Americas. Prior to Blue Ridge, King was president of The Alchemy Solutions Group, Inc., a global management consulting and market research firm he founded and ran from 2004-2012 to help Fortune 1000 clients transform their sales and marketing organizations for greater revenue growth.
