THE BLUE RIDGE STORY: STEPPING INTO A MORE FORESEEABLE FUTURE

The Blue Ridge cloud-native platform supply chain solutions combine demand forecasting, supply planning & price optimization. In a unified solution.

Forecast, position and price inventory smarter.

Blue Ridge’s cloud-native supply chain solutions combine intelligent science with robust automation + price optimization, empowering distributors to react to complex change with untapped precision and efficiency.

Distributors and retailers use Blue Ridge to proactively understand the financial impact of each purchasing decision before they make it – bringing more certainty, more speed and more assurance to the value chain.

Leveraging powerful data sets, machine learning-driven recommendations, and even pricing simulations, Blue Ridge customers are winning new opportunities and reducing the cost of keeping customers happy.

Our back-story

It all started because the store was out of his size. Our founder thought this was ridiculous, considering 10 1⁄2 is the most popular men’s shoe size. So, he took his supply chain expertise and founded a company around a new kind of cloud-native technology for demand forecasting. It brought unprecedented agility to an industry where installed solutions were still running century-old algorithms.

This new approach changed everything. With a more foreseeable future, retailers and distributors could suddenly see the why behind the buy and react faster to fluctuating demand. Add price optimization to that capability, and there’s really no excuse for lost sales, lost customers, missed opportunities, stockouts, surplus or other surprises. The days of gut-instinct planning and cost-plus pricing are gone.

And as for our founder? He never had to go shoeless again.
